About the event
RSVP and Waiver (provided when you arrive) required to participate in this FREE family event.
A Soundbath can help us to decrease stress and anxiety, relieve tension, and create a sense of calm and peace. It can also help you sleep better. There will be dim colorful lighting, diffused aroma of lavender essential oil, and you will be enveloped in the sound of Crystal Singing Bowls.
Please bring a yoga mat for each participant, your favorite blanket, and a favorite stuffy.
If you or your child have sensory sensitivities, feel free to bring a weighted blanket, noise reducing headphones, and to quietly exit and renter the room as needed. There will be the opportunity to ask questions about the bowls, and to take turns interacting with some kid-friendly instruments following the 20 to 30 minute Introductory Sound Bath.
